It's an exciting season with three world premiers on the way.
First, the incomparable Tim Munro presents his commissioned work Pirouette on a Moon Sliver
at the SONiC Festival at the Miller Theatre in NYC. Tim is a real "triple threat" as a flutist, vocalist, and actor
- and it was great fun for me to write a piece that makes use of all these talents
in a character study for a larger work for eighth blackbird.

On the same night (Oct 15) in Bowling Green, OH,
Conrad Lawrence Chu will conduct the Bowling Green Philharmonia
in the world premier of e.t.e.r.n.i.t.y. for vocalizing orchestra.

And last but not least, Vicki Ray will present her commissioned work
(speak to me), a theatre piece for vocalizing pianist.
OHhhhh - we're gonna have some fun!
